Yeah, this is it. Tomorrow I’ll have reached the century mark. Stay tuned, because I’ve got a ton of stuff to get off my chest…

Some thoughts from the last 24 (amazing) hours:
We enjoyed the first Christmas Eve together as a family in 17 years! There wasn’t the usual Heather-and-the-kids-eat supper-without-Dad-because-he’s-at-the-church-making-sure everything’s-ready-for-the Christmas Eve Service… We ate home-made Chinese food together, opened some presents, (assembled the first of three Bionicles More on that later), and went to bed to [...]

Rough day for the Pack. Oh well; could be worse. We could be these guys.
So, we’ve locked up #2 seed through the NFC playoffs, and with some help, we’ll be playing the Pats in the Super Bowl. Maybe Jessica Simpson will be at the next Cowboys’ game, and the first game of [...]

Just chatting with my friend Jim and guess what?? He’s finished off the kool-aid and picked up a Mac! Am I starting to feel the pressure or what?

Hey all!
Had our first taste of winter travelling yesterday–slushy roads around Halifax, and lots of crazy drivers out there! I forgot how much NS drivers like Nascar!!!
Having a blast visiting with friends, and looking forward to the wedding tonight. Beautiful couple, beautiful chapel, and beautiful scenery! Hopefully the minister (me) doesn’t mess up his lines [...]

Where Was Al Gore When I Went Outside to Start My Car This Morning?

Brrrr. That sums up what the weather’s been like here in southern NB so far this week. I was talking with a guy at the gas station this morning, and we both agreed that this is a ‘normal’ winter, but we’ve had such mild weather in years past, that this seems worse than [...]
Day #2 Post-Pastoring

Sorry this is going to be a SHORT post. Today I cleaned out my old office, went to the dentist, forgot I had lunch planned with a friend, played taxi, attended the kids’ piano recital…and haven’t had much time to write.
Tomorrow, I promise. It’s time to catch up, but until then, I need to mention [...]
